1) Are there any specific considerations for participants regarding visa applications for the program?
Ans: - Citizens of most countries can apply for an eVisa here: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/. We recommend that you carefully review your eligibility for eVisa, as certain nationalities may have to apply for a consular visa. If you have any concerns, we advise you to contact our team before making program payment. We can provide personalized guidance to help you navigate the visa processs specific to your nationality.
2) What safety measures are in place during the program?
Ans: - The safety of our participants is our top priority. We provide comprehensive safety briefings, 24/7 emergency support, and ensure accommodations and activities adhere to high safety standards. The program group will be accompanied by the Authentica team member(s), who will be available 24×7 during the program. They have also been certified by the Red Cross in first-aid emergency training. In case of an emergency, measures will be taken in real-time.
