Overview
Volunteer in local kindergartens in the beautiful town of Ubud. Encourage children to learn creatively while teaching them language, communication, and essential skills. With over 15 kindergartens available, you’ll teach basic English in a relaxed, enjoyable way!
Some centers offer free kindergarten education to 4-5 year-olds from underprivileged villages. The children are warm, affectionate, and often more interested in playing than formal learning! In Bali, like in many parts of the world, kindergarten teaching is informal. Your role is to spark their enthusiasm for coming to school and teach them simple English greetings, planting the seeds for lifelong learning.
The children will be excited to meet you, thanks to the natural warmth of the Balinese people and their limited exposure to foreign visitors!
