Overview

Do you want to make a life changing difference helping orphaned children in Tanzania? Do you dream of making a difference while you travel the world? Due to poverty, hunger, HIV/AIDS epidemic, and broken families, Tanzania has been facing a dramatic increase in the number of orphans for many years. In order to survive and fulfill their basic needs, these children end up living on streets or find refuge in the orphanages. Despite their noble efforts, these orphanages are unable to provide adequate care and support to kids, as they lack governmental support, funds, and manpower. For this reason, RCDP's volunteer abroad in Tanzania orphanage program teams up with the local orphanages to provide love, care, and attention to these orphans.

After joining this orphanage program, you will be sharing skills, giving love and support to these children, teaching them basic English, helping with their homework, organizing extracurricular activities to support their learning, leading various debate programs to instill confidence in them, and giving important tips on personal healthcare and hygiene. With your love and attention, the children will thrive and be motivated and inspired. Your efforts will give them hope for a brighter future and help them reach their full potential. You are sure to feel rewarded as their faces light up each morning when they see you.
