Experience Israel: Masada and Dead Sea tours

A full 10-12 hour day exploring the Dead Sea region. Clients will be picked up from their Jerusalem hotel or accommodations at either 4am to take advantage of the cooler part of the day as we start out by driving 1- 1/2 hours to the Dead Sea or at a more normal hour **after your hotel breakfast in Jerusalem! Quoted price is for longer ,early start day . Program: 1. Climb Masada at dawn from eastern Snake Path ( 1 hour moderate walk) or 2. drive towards Arad ( 2 1/2 hours drive from Jerusalem ) to reach the base of Roman Ramp ( 30 minute , easy walk ), or 3. catch the first cable car to the mountain top with guide explanations then walk or cable car down.

Breakfast or mid morning snack at Masada or at Kibbutz Ein Gedi with its' internationally recognized Botanical Garden. After, we'll choose from : a tour of Masada multimedia museum, and then hike the Ein Gedi National Park & swim in sweet waters of David's Falls, visit the ancient Ein Gedi synagogue and explore Kibbutz Ein Gedi. Float in the Dead Sea, where you can take some time to try mud packs and massages. Visit the Jordan River baptism site at Qasr El Yahud with incredible views of desert monasteries Visit the Inn of the Good Samaritan with beautiful mosaics.
