Glamping Namibia Experience

Today you will be picked up by your guide from the Hosea Kutako International Airport. You will drive to straight to Kalahari Desert, passing though Windhoek,  the capital city of Namibia. You will stop over at Rehoboth for lunch.

You will be accommodated at Kalahari Anib CampingToGo  

Today, you will have the  whole day at leisure. There are a lot of activities you can choose from at the lodge, that you can  partake in (At own Cost): 

Sunrise/Sundowner Drive (Guided):  Where you will enjoy the panoramic views across the Kalahari dunes on this guided drive in an open vehicle. Refreshments and a light snack will be provided. 

E-bike (un-guided): Explore the Kalahari in your own time with minimal effort on an electric bicycle (fat bike). A trail map is available at the reception.

Hiking Trails (unguided; only to be booked directly at the lodge): Explore the Kalahari on foot on your own initiative. A trail map is available at the reception.

Dune Walk (guided): Explore the Kalahari on foot with a guide. Refreshments and a light snack will be provided.

Scorpion Night Walk (short, guided walk, only bookable directly at the Lodge) Prepare to be amazed by the sight of scorpions or other nocturnal creatures glowing in the dark under UV light.

Morning Drive for Families (guided): subject to availability:
After leisurely drive guests will arrive at one of the red dunes. The red sand of the dunes invites all children to play. The family will spend some relaxed time on the dunes with coffee and hot chocolate.

Accommodation at Kalahari Anib CampingToGo

Today you will drive from Kalahari Desert, to Namib Desert. On this trip, you will have the privilege  to experience 2 of 8 deserts found in Africa. The Kalahari and Namib Desert.

Driving for an approximately 4 hours, you will arrive early afternoon and you will spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Today, you wake up early and head to the gate of Sossusvlei; Sesriem. You will go for your Sossusvlei & Deadvlei excursion with your guide. 

Making sure you arrive at the gate before sunrise, for you to experience the amazing view of the colours changing as the sun rise.  Please make sure you carry at least 3 liter water bottle because you will need it when climbing Big Daddy Dune :)  - which is the biggest dune and a lot have climbing it reaching to the top a "must do" in their in their travelling list.

Today early morning, you will travel to Swakopmund. You will be in Swakopmund  for the next 2 nights. Swakopmund is filled with a lot of activity options that one can take part in (Own cost). Ranging from Quad biking, Hot Air Balloning, Sky Diving, Camel Riding, Catamaran Boat Cruise, Sandwich Harbour; the list is endless. 

You may book yourself some of these activities and enjoy your time in the coastal town(s) for today as there is no booked activity.

You will be in Swakopmund  again today. Swakopmund is filled with a lot of activity options that one can take part in (Own cost). Ranging from Quad biking, Hot Air Balloning, Sky Diving, Camel Riding, Catamaran Boat Cruise, Sandwich Harbour; the list is endless. 

You may book yourself some of these activities and enjoy your time in the coastal town(s) for today as there is no booked activity.  

Accommodation at The Delight Hotel 

Today after breakfast, you will leave Swakopmund and head to Damaraland. Driving alongside the coast, you will drive through the Skeleton cost park (possible entrance fee to be paid at the gate upon entering). You will arrive in the late afternoon and  making your way to your next destination, which is the Damaraland.

Today you have yet another day at leisure. Activities to take part in (At Own Cost):  

Morning/Afternoon Half-Day Scenic Drive (guided): Explore the amazing Palmwag concession. Refreshments and light snacks included.

Full-Day Damaraland Excursion (min 4 pax): This Full-Day scenic drive in the Palmwag Concession is the best way to experience beautiful Damaraland

Morning Hike 2km (guided): Discover the smaller wildlife that roams the area. Your guide will show you the different tracks and talk about the animals that live in the concession.

Morning Hike 5km (guided): Discover the smaller wildlife that roams the area. Your guide will show you the different tracks and talk about the animals that live in the concession.

Half-Day Rhino Tracking (guided, min 2 pax): You will be taken into the concession with the lodge open  game drive vehicle. Once closer to the rhinos, tracking continues foot. This activity is not suitable for children under 12 years.

Today you will drive to Etosha . Based on the time you will arrive and the energy level you will have, you can go for a game drive with your guide upon arrival, but I suggest you rest and enjoy the surrounding. During the evening, you may go to Etosha Safari Camp for an evening performance by some of the locals.

Today, your day will be filled with wildlife. Together with your guide, you will have a whole day game drive.  During this drive, you get to see wildlife such as elephants, rhinos, springboks, girrafes, hyna, Zebra and so on. Etosha National Park is home to the 4 of the Big 5 which are: lion,  leopard, rhinoceros and elephant. 

After the game drive, you will drive back to your accommodation  and rest while you are preparing your dinner or getting ready to go for dinner at the lodge (Own Cost).

Today, you will drive back to Windhoek. and you will be driven straight to the Airport by your guide.  For those that are not leaving today, accommodation for the night can be arranged at an extra cost.
