Impano Academy Rwanda Inc. is a non profit amateur sports organization established in 2016 based in Kigali, Rwanda, designed to promote the sport of Athletics by offering elite coaching and education to youth boys and girls in underdeveloped communities.

Our Founder Allen Simms was a standout athlete and national champion in track and field. He has a unique passion and love for Africa and serving the sports community. Now as the founder of Impano Academy Rwanda, he is focused on sharing his knowledge as a former athlete and coach with full dedication to the youth in Rwanda that is not privileged to receive quality coaching in sports.

What we do​:

Promote the sport of track and field while focusing on positive health, character, teamwork, attitude and strengthening youth both physically and mentally.

Increase participation of girls in sports.
Use Impano's Talent Identification System to identify, select and develop Rwandans future leaders and heroes in Sports.
Turn talented underserved children into model student-athletes prepared for elite level athletics and international university enrollment.
