Overview
Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Cusco, Peru, as you learn Spanish in one of the world's most significant cultural and tourist destinations. Nestled at the base of the Andes and serving as the gateway to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, Cusco offers a rich historical tapestry influenced by the Incan Empire and Spanish colonization. To truly understand Peruvian life, IPSL participants reside with a local Peruvian family.
In addition to language learning, volunteer service opportunities are available to forge meaningful connections and gain insights into the challenges faced by Cuzqueños and other Peruvians. IPSL collaborates with each participant to identify an organization aligned with their interests and goals, enhancing the overall experience and fostering a deeper connection to the local community.
