Overview
In IPSL's Spain program, you have the opportunity not only to enhance your Spanish language skills but also to actively contribute to the local community. Engage in activities that promote gender equality and support individuals striving to balance personal, family, and work responsibilities. Volunteer with a foundation dedicated to the social inclusion of at-risk minors through various socio-educational assistance and prevention programs. Take part in activities with children and adolescents with disabilities and collaborate with organizations promoting the availability, access, and consumption of healthy food in marginalized communities.
Beyond your service work, immerse yourself in the rich cultural experiences Spain has to offer. Learn the art of Flamenco, explore the renowned Prado Museum, wander through Mercado San Miguel, indulge in a classic Rioja, browse the Rastro flea market, unwind in El Retiro park, relish the incredible food at Vallehermoso Market, enjoy churros with chocolate at San Ginés, appreciate art at the Thyssen-Bornemisza museum, catch the sunset from Cerro del Tío Pío, and much more!
- Tuition and academic fees (if applicable), academic transcript, some meals, some excursions, administration fees, lodging, airport transfers, emergency medical insurance, on-site and on-line orientation and pre-departure materials, and welcome and farewell meals.
