We'll pick you up from your Arusha hotel at 7:30 am and head to Lake Manyara National Park (covering 330 square kilometers). The park has a big but shallow soda lake at the base of the Great Rift Valley's western side. Different habitats here attract a variety of animals, including lots of elephants, unique tree-climbing lions, and big groups of flamingos.

Manyara is super pretty, and Ernest Hemingway once called it "the loveliest I had seen in Africa." As we enter, you might spot blue monkeys playing in ancient mahogany trees, small bushbucks moving carefully in the shadows, and large forest hornbills making loud sounds in the tall trees. After checking out the animals, we'll drive to Bougainvillea Safari Lodge for the night. You'll have lunch and dinner there.

After breakfast, we'll drive to the Serengeti, a massive area covering 14,763 square kilometers or 5,700 square miles, for some exciting game drives. As the day cools down and the Serengeti sky paints itself with red, gold, and orange hues, get ready for surprises like the roar of a lion, a giraffe galloping by, or the high-pitched giggles of hyenas fighting over a meal. We'll continue enjoying game drives until the sun sets. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Gnu Migration Camp, and your meal plan for the day includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

After an early morning breakfast, we'll head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater, with a diameter of 19.2 kilometers, a depth of 610 meters, and covering an area of 304 square kilometers, is one of the most densely populated wildlife areas globally. It's home to some of Tanzania's last remaining black rhinos. The large population of predators, including lions and other carnivores, adds to the allure of this picturesque crater.

Benefiting from a year-round water supply and abundant food, this stunning oasis provides a safe haven for both predators and prey, coexisting amid the grasslands. After the game drives, we'll drive to Bougainvillea Safari Lodge for an overnight stay. The meal plan for the day includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

After breakfast, we'll drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is home to some unique dry-country antelope, like the rare fringe-eared oryx and the peculiar, long-necked gerenuk. In the swampy areas in the south of the park, there are interesting wildlife viewing opportunities, including wallowing elephants and buffalo, the Silale Swamp lion pride, and sometimes wild dogs. Keep an eye out for big pythons that might be in trees when the swamps are drying up.

We'll have lunch at the picnic site and continue with game drives until it's time to check out. After the game drives, we'll head back to Arusha or the airport for drop-off around 5 pm. The meal plan for the day includes breakfast and lunch.
