Overview
As part of our mission for humanitarian services and assisting community to develop from within, Projects with HCDP GHANA cuts across 3 categories namely:
Education (Teaching and Establishing ICT projects in Schools and Orphanage homes)
Health (Healthcare services, Health educations and Sanitation)
Community Transformation/Development
What is current or new for 2022. (Community EMT Training Project)
This project is calling on volunteers to engage with our local medical team and in collaboration with The Ghana Ambulance Service to provide Training on Emergency Medical response Services here in Ghana. This Project is set to provide Pre- hospital care to accident victims from rural settings before referrals to the major hospital for full treatment.
HCDP GHANA has come to realized accidents cases has been on the rise due to bad roads and a lot have lost their lives through improper premedical care to victims.
HCDP GHANA is also using its YIBW project to resource this project by splitting revenue to support this project to achieve success. Beaded bracelets made by teenage mothers from the Youth In Bead Works Project- YIBW will be posted to participants to use as fundraiser to support both teenage mothers as well as the EMT Training Project! However, this project will also be coupled with Covid-19 vaccination education to tell them how safe the vaccine is for everyone and its the only way to reach normality!

- Airport pick up and drop off, Orientation, Accommodation ( Bedding, Water and Electricity), Allowance to host families, Food ( Breakfast, Snack and Dinner), Community Development and Rural Scholarship Programs, Placement fee (Preceptor fee), Drumming and dancing tuition, Internet wifi Maximum (5.0 Gigabite), Hotel accommodation on arrival and departure (If applicable), 24/7 Emergency support, Administrative Works,Reminders and ID card, Excursion ( transportation around the Volta Region), The Highest Water Fall in W/A, The Monkey Sanctuary, The Highest Mountain in W/A.
- Insurance, Vaccination, Visa, Passport, Entrance to excursion sites which is about $15 each, Excursions to any other tour sites apart from those stated left.
Important Information
Humanity and Community Development Projects (HCDP-GHANA) is a registered (with Charity registration number: G-32,619 under Companies Code 1963 of Ghana), recognized and volunteer organization incorporated non-profit NGO. HCDP GHANA as an organization has a unique role to play in the lives of the deprived rural communities living in Ghana (with the aim of championing the achievement of Ghana’s Vision 2020 through bridging the gap between the rich and the poor and advancing the growth of rural communities). The organization aimed at partnering with locals (community folks), other local and international NGOs an international Volunteers to carry out surveys (research) on deprived communities in Ghana in order to undertake sustainable and all-inclusive community development projects. The research findings help explicate community needs and facilitate community-based development that is sustainable, ethical, and inclusive. The organization also engages in international partnership for practical training and exchange programs with international Volunteers.
