Overview
Samba Africa Voluntary Organization offers guided tours opportunities for its volunteers and non volunteers for 1 week and 2 days.
This enables participants to visit some unique and popular tourist attraction centers across Ghana.
Ashanti to be our first tour center,
Next tourist Center is Tamale

- Day 1 - Introduction and Orientation
Welcome to SAVO-Ghana: Major facts about Ghana and the projects, host family, culture and profile of the region and necessary health precautions.
- Day 2 - AShanti Tours
Participants will visit some unique and popular tourist attraction centres of the Ashanti region.
A visit to Bonwire the famous historical town of Kente colorful clothes. A visit to the Ashanti palace museum, Ntonso Adinkra village, Ahwiaa Craft village, Military museum, the national Cultural Center, the central market, - Day 3 - Ashanti Tour
A visit to Lake Bosomtwe, One of the biggest natural lakes in the world

Depart for Mole National Park/Elephant Dome Mole is a wildlife observatory. Here you can watch creatures in their natural habitat from observation centers.

- Day 6 - Kintampo waterfalls and Fiema Monkey Sanctuary
Kintampo waterfalls is one of the highest waterfalls in Bono East of Ghana. Also known as Sanders Falls during the colonial days, it is located on the Pumpum river, a tributary of the Black Volta, about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) north of Kintampo municipality, on the Kumasi–Tamale road
The Boabeng-Fiema Monkey Wildlife Sanctuary is found at Boaben and Fiema, twin communities 22 kilometers away from the Nkoranza North District of the Brong Ahafo Region, Ghana. The 4.4 kilometer square (km²) forest, believed to have been created in the 1970s, houses many trees, birds, reptiles, deer and monkeys. It is a home for about 700 monkeys. The village is a community where monkeys and human beings live together. The inhabitants in the village always leave food outside their homes for the animals. The monkeys see human beings as their own. The monkeys in the sanctuary are protected by the traditional laws on the area. The sanctuary serves as a national tourist site and is accessible
- Day 7 - Cape Coast Tour
A visit to the Kakum Forest has one of the few remaining canopy walks in the world. The bridges overlook Kakum Forest and its wildlife. The walks, hanging over 100m in the air may test the bravery of the group, as they cross 7 bridges total. Make a stop over at the Hans Cottage crocodile pond. A visit to the Cape Coat castle
- Day 8 - Cape Coast Tour
Cape Coast, formerly known as the Gold Coast, used to be the capital city of Ghana. Tour Elmina Castle and Slave Dungeons, visiting shopping centers/markets and the exotic beaches of Cape coast
- Day 9 - Accra Tour
The top attractions to visit in Accra are: Aburi Botanical Gardens · Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park · Makola Market · Bojo Beach ·
