Samba Africa Voluntary Organisation

When I decided to live this experience I expected that it was good but not as good and emotional as it was at the end. Daniel took care of us since the very beginning. We had the chance to help the community but also to enjoy the beautiful country of Ghana. The place where we stayed was perfect for location and privacy. Of course, as it’s a small organization there’s something that needs some improvement but Daniel is working hard on it

Certainly one of the most exciting experiences of our life. Daniel directed us well. The family that gave us accommodation always available for every request. We taught sports in the school where we found a wonderful environment. People who have little but have never allowed themselves to ask us something. We also organized an online fundraiser and in no time the school was able to play its first home game in its history. Samba Africa is a growing organization and is in constant need of volunteers. They are special people who try to lend a hand to their community. Obviously, like everywhere, there are improvements to be made, but Daniel is determined and we are sure he will succeed. Pros: great environment and people, the city is chaotic but you always feel safe. Cons: definitely improve the variety of meals, there are many excellent foods to try.
